- It is the priority of the government to make the services provided by various departments of the state government available to the general public in a timely, quality-oriented and transparent manner. For this, it is necessary to monitor the work being done by officers of various levels in the services/schemes/projects of various departments at the highest level. For this, the services/schemes/projects of various departments have to be presented for the perusal of the Hon'ble Chief Minister/Chief Secretary for online/offline monitoring.
- Under the 20-point program of the Government of India, information related to the identified items is to be collected from the district level of the departments and compiled at the state level and sent to the Government of India. The suggestions provided by the Government of India from time to time are to be sent to the concerned department and district level and the data is to be sent accordingly.
