  1. Work related to the nodal department at the level of divisional review meetings of the Hon’ble Chief Minister.
  2. Regular monitoring of the Twenty Point Programme in the state and submission of monthly reports to the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Government of India.
  3. Determination of agenda and proforma for the divisional review meetings of the Hon’ble Chief Minister and other related tasks.
  4. Work related to sending suggestions to the Hon’ble Chief Minister/Chief Secretary for review and improvement of development programmes conducted by all departments.
  5. Priority points of the Hon’ble Chief Minister.
  6. Under the priority programme department of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, the task of ranking divisions and districts after conducting progress review, inspections, etc.
  7. Work related to the State Level Special Task Force/Special Task Force/Nodal Officer pertaining to the state's commitments.
  8. Selection and distribution of commendation letters at the government level for senior administrative officers (Divisional Commissioners/District Magistrates/Chief Development Officers and other senior officers).
  9. Work related to investigation of complaint letters received from the Hon’ble Chief Minister/Chief Secretary.
  10. Monitoring of roadmaps/action plans presented by departments before the Hon’ble Cabinet for 100 days, 06 months, 01 year, 02 years and 05 years.
  11. Monitoring of inspection reports of Hon’ble Ministers on the CMIS portal after their district visits.
